Trophy sized halibut and chinook are found in the waters off Port Renfrew, Swiftsure Bank and Victoria in good numbers throughout the summer. Your captain Nelson has been guiding since 2001 all over the British Columbia coast and is a well experienced angler and guide. Southern Vancouver Island are his home waters and he knows them well. His dad started taking him out through the Nitinat Gap when he was just 10 years old, this is where it all started and to this day he still fishes those very same waters.
